Eligibility
We partner with qualified real estate agents who meet the following criteria:
Completed RECODemand private webinar program.
Minimum 300 leads generated in the past 12 months
Hosted at least 2 webinars or live events (or committed to hosting within 30 days)
Active CRM and follow-up system in place
6-month partnership commitment required
Willing to collaborate with sponsor brands for co-marketing initiatives
Program Details
Enrollment Fee: $7,800
Covers the complete buildout of your sponsorship campaign - including pitch deck design, ROI justification, strategic outreach, and contract handling - fully managed by our Partnerships Department.
Guaranteed Sponsorship Funding: $10,000 minimum
We guarantee a minimum of $10,000 in sponsor funds secured to cover your marketing costs.
Post-Guarantee Partnership Structure:
After the first $10,000, all additional sponsorships are managed on a 20% performance fee - 80% goes towards your advertising.
